In Chart Magazine’s Best Canadian Albums of All Time polls, Shakespeare My Butt... is one of six albums to have ranked in the top ten on all polls, peaking at #6 in the 2000 poll, The album was also ranked 84th in Bob Mersereau's 2007 book The Top 100 Canadian Albums of all time.
Shakespeare My Butt turns 35 years old this year, and to celebrate, Sonic Envy and Lowest of the Low are releasing a 35th Anniversary Edition that contains all the ‘remastered” originals songs on 2 Vinyl albums, plus a third Vinyl album containing 3 new songs and the original Demos of “Eternal Fatalist” and “Salesmen, Cheats and Liars”.. The album Anniversary edition also comes with a limited Embossed album cover and is available only on Vinyl while supplies last.
